Residential House

Created in CD130 Residential Architectural Design using Revit Architecture 2013. Project was based off the needs of two clients that desired a 2,500 square foot home for their family. The finished project provided five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room next to a gourmet kitchen, an office, a play space for their children, a basement lounge, a game room, an exercise room, and a sit down bar. The spaces were arranged so that the clients could entertain groups of up to 30 guests. Their children can have a room for themselves while guests were over where the nanny could watch over them. The reduction in walled off spaces on the first floor provides a more open and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Difficulties with project included arranging and fitting spaces in a layout that best fit the clients' needs.

Remodeled Restrooms

Created in CD225 Digital Walkthrough and Visualization using Revit Architecture 2013 and 3Ds Max 2013. Project was based off measurements taken when dimensioning mens restroom on campus. Womens room was reflected off of mens room and was given the proper number of bathroom stalls. The task was to redesign the womens restroom with new materials, lights, and sanitation equipment. The finished womens restroom has new lime stone walls, red marble countertops, overhead lighting, blue tile flooring, brass stalls, a glass block wall at the entrance, a glass door, and a casement ceiling.
